Client wishlist: improved functionality and curb appeal by way of a fun combo of foliage and perennials to welcome guests to their home.
Working with the client, we decided to create a dg pathway that split from the front walkway, leading to the side gate for access to the backyard. In response to the client’s love of grevilleas and other Australian natives, we used numerous varieties of grevillea, leucadendron, lomandra, and pittosporum. To bring in soft silver hues to complement the brick trim of the house, we used dymondia, woolybush, More Silver conebush and Silver Shadow astelia. A large shoestring acacia, along with pink muhly grass and variegated foliage plants, bring in dramatic texture and color.
